1) Govt. should enforce compulsory rainwater harvesting system through out the nation in a phased manner and with heavy penalties if any for defaulters. 2) Luxury cars, bikes should be levied with heavy taxes as they are gas guzzlers. 3) Compulsory green spaces(i.e park or garden) of certain amount of the total space earmarked for building should be implemented irrespective of the size of product.

Using green walls to enhance the air quality... Vertical landscaping/ green walls are considered 1.5 times more effective than normal landscaping. It has the capacity to direct the air flow as desired. If an air duct is kept at the top most position of the building and if the green walls are used to direct the air flow in that direction, higher air quality at the cost of low power consumption (plants are used here to direct the air flow as well as the increase the air quality). Plus the power used to collect more air is also reduced.
